What is your return and exchange policy?

Sorry, no returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged due to the postal carrier's mishandling, please contact me with pictures of the damage, and a replacement item will be sent out if possible (limited editions). If not possible (original artwork), a refund will be given.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Sure do! Please contact me with your country and postal/zip code for an accurate shipping estimate.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I often ship artwork next day but for larger artwork (greater than 36in x 36in) it may take my shipping vendor a couple extra days to package and ship.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The shop checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, the shop has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
